Newly Renovated Malmo for Stockholm
This is a newly renovated apartment with all new amenities and appliances. I moved in late 2019 as the first tenant after the renovation. The apartment itself has 69 m2 with a huge terrace of 8 m2. Windows are replaced in November 2021. There is a lot of daylight in the apartment.
The kitchen is big and all appliances are new: separate refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, microwave. The bathroom has a new washer and dryer with floor heating. The living room is the biggest space with the entrance to the terrace. There is one large walk-in closet. There is also an attic storage space associated with the apartment.
The rent covers all utilities except internet and electricity. I am moving to Stockholm for work, and looking for a similar size and equipped apartment ideally. Thank you.
